Uses of Blogger

If I were to use blogger in my classroom, it would be the same way we use it in our course. I would use it as a way to share discussion boards. In my childhood days, we would have a journal entry every morning and would write them in our notebooks and turn them in weekly. I would make it so we do those journal entries through blogger instead. Blogger could also be used as a way to communicate with families, using it to update them on weekly activities, events, and anything you would share in a weekly newsletter would be on the blog for them to access.

Blogger Experience

I used blogger in my last semester for a course. In that course I was asked to create a blog for teachers and students of my center (if I were to have my own child care center or classroom). I wrote posts to introduce myself, links to other blogs and resources for parents and teachers, and an ad for my day care center. I found blogger easy to use but not something I would realistically use in my professional or personal life.
